Is electric bike preassembled?

FREESKY comes with 85% pre-installation. We’ ll also provide the tools and a comprehensive assembly video for the rest part. Which takes about 15 minutes. You may check out user manual or assembly video.

When can I get my ebike?

FREESKY has warehouse in CA. We will be processed and shipped within 48 hours in business days, Fedex is our primary shipping method.

Tips

Upon arrival, mark down the serial number (located on the head tube) and register to vehicle management center. It is necessary to track your ebike while preventing loss.

New bike passes road test before packing, therefore dust on the tires is inevitable.
