Ebike Battery Charger

Our battery comes with a matching 3A charger. The charger is equipped with a built-in fan, which effectively reduces temperature during use.

Our charger is made of high-temperature resistant material, and it is normal for it to generate heat during charging.

When charging, please turn on the power switch of the battery and charge for about eight hours. When the indicator light on the charger changes from red to green, it indicates that it is fully charged.

Battery Cell

The inner cell is the core component of the battery, and the S039-5 battery uses a Tesla inner cell, which has a much higher quality than ordinary inner cells. The number of cells in 48V20AH is 13S4P, and the number of cells in 52V20AH is 14S4P.

Battery BMS

The battery is equipped with a built-in 40A BMS protection board, which can effectively prevent over-charging, over-discharge, over-current, and short circuits, ensuring long-term use of the battery.

The protection board also has a low voltage cutoff function, which can automatically cut off power in case of any problems.

How to Connect

The discharge wire of the battery is not directly connected to the connector to prevent trouble and misunderstanding from being inconsistent with the customer’s needs. However, there will be a pair of free connectors with lines (battery end and controller end) in the package, which can be connected directly if needed.

Easy to connect without tools.

1. Use scissors to cut off a small section of rubber of the battery discharge wire and the connector line to expose the metal wire.

2. Connect the red wire to the red wire, the black wire to the black wire, and twist the metal wires of the corresponding color together.

3. Wrap the connection with electrical tape

After connecting the connector line to the battery, the other end of the connector can be directly connected to the controller or the motor.
