When will My E-Bike Ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will generally ship the same day.

Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

How will My E-Bike be Shipped?

Delivery by FedEx and UPS. Please note that the tracking number to help you track your package.

What if the package is broken/the shipment arrives with scratches?

Due to the express service failing to deliver the bike as required during transportation, some of the wear and scratches may be due to parts collision, although we have packed all the parts well to avoid these situations as much as possible.

Please send us relevant pictures or videos, which will help us to check the condition of the ebike and fix the problem.
